FACEMINER Beta Demo Updates - 0.06

v0.06 of the FACEMINER Demo is now available to download. 

/!\ Replace sound files with win98-ified versions
Mono 8bit 22khz for added authenticity, many thanks to Madwreck!

/!\ Remove 'run out of data' as a mechanic. Datasets still expire, but now get replaced when they do.
This was originally intended to force the player to play & upgrade faster, but was not very clear and have come to prefer softening this pressure

/!\ Move the 'cooling' upgrade to hardware
It feels a little more logical here. Infrastructure upgrades now unlock after buying cooling.

/!\ Misc improvements to the visualizer
Now with tooltips explaining what you're actually seeing /!\ Misc small tweaks to UI
